Sony Music UK’s Charlotte Tindle leads a Self Belief Session on job application skills

As part of our 2025 Live Events Internship recruitment, we hosted an online Self Belief Session in partnership with Roundhouse to help applicants – and aspiring creatives in general – step up their game for job applications in the events and entertainment space.

Titled “The Knowledge,” this session was all giving young people the tools to apply to jobs with confidence. From tailored CV tips to real life insights on what makes an application stand out, the session offered real value whether attendees were applying for our internship or just looking to level up professionally.

We were honoured to be joined by Charlotte Tindle from the Talent Acquisition Team at Sony Music UK, who brought a wealth of experience and advice on presenting your best self, crafting strong applications, and navigating the early stages of a creative career, thank you Charlotte!
