Reece Placid is the people’s champion, an inspiring athlete with a powerful story.

He has a real passion for designing and has his own clothing brand called Believe & Achieve. It’s allowed him to travel the world and part with his profits with those who are less fortunate. He is a youth mentor in the local community and overseas, travelling to and from countries in Africa to see his mentees. He has real passion and purpose to make a difference in the community. Having lived experience, he has a real, deep understanding of today’s society and issues. He is willing to do all he can to be a part of the change.

Reece also played football at a high level, living in different countries throughout his career. After realising he has a gift for helping people, he returned to England to become the youth mentor for the borough of Croydon in the community and all Oasis schools. He is a real leader and loves to inspire and build up others.

Reece sat on the board for CSJ and played a big part in their annual research report based on young people of today. Reece is a youth ambassador for Street Soccer Foundation, not only does he do work in the community, he works in several prisons serving and helping them grow through mentoring and sports days. He also does talks in schools and at businesses to give knowledge not only on business but also motivation and inspiration.

Christian is a London-based American with a major passion for music. His advocacy for helping artists grow mixed with an MA Music Business from the University of Westminster has led him to integrate himself within the London Hip Hop scene as an artist manager as well as supporting the music projects of JESB.

He was a member of Soho House’s Steering Committee and Culture Squad, worked on various projects with music consultancy around Europe, and co-founded Melanin Flavours, a creative collective that highlights black talents in Italy.

With a degree in Digital Media, Chyna has explored various fields, but she truly found her passion in operations. Currently working as a Senior People and Operations Officer at the Black Equity Organisation, she is dedicated to dismantling systemic racism and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Chyna is also the founder of her own graphic design and branding company, as well as providing event operations to small startups by providing event opportunities and innovative solutions.

Currently studying History at the University of Oxford, Victoria successfully completed the Foundation Year course, designed for students facing socio-economic challenges. Victoria has actively advocated for student representation, assuming various leadership roles. Her passion for public service led her to shadow her Member of Parliament for a year, deepening her understanding of the political process and reinforcing her commitment to ensuring people’s needs are heard.

Victoria performs music with her band, 4 Voice, and trains as an actor, using creative expression to connect with people from all backgrounds and ages. For her, the arts are a powerful means of communication, bridging gaps and resonating across diverse communities. Her multifaceted pursuits highlight a dynamic individual dedicated to making an impact through public service and creative expression.
