Self Belief Open Day at the Roundhouse: Exploring Careers in the Live Events industry

On Friday 27th June, a group of 18 to 25 year olds facing barriers to employment were invited to an exclusive Self Belief Open Morning at one of London’s most iconic venues, the Roundhouse.

The session gave attendees a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of the legendary venue and hear directly from key members of the team, who shared valuable insight into the many roles and routes into the industry.

Attendees also had a tour of the venue, including a chance to see the venue from above on the grid, where the crew hang lights and speakers without blocking the view of the industrial ceiling.
