The first Self Belief Session, Fearless and Focused, goes live!

Our very first in-person Self Belief Session in the community was held on Tuesday 17th December in West London with 15 young people with barriers to employment attending.

The Self Belief Sessions are a series of free early-career masterclasses designed to equip 18 to 25 year olds with barriers to employment with the tools needed to navigate their careers with clarity and purpose.

For our first session, we welcomed an incredible panel hosted by JESB Impact Director Jamila Brown:

• Emmanuel Eribo, CEO & Co-Founder, LØCI
• Mike Penrose, former Chair, Soccer Aid
• Preeti Shetty, CEO, Upshot

The theme was ‘Fearless and Focused’. Conversation covered goal setting, strategic thinking, and how to be productive, leaving attendees with tangible actions to take into 2024.

Attendees took home a free Best Year Journal, courtesy of Intelligent Change, to track their progress and stay accountable.
